DAV NH-3 lent its support to this cause by organising a small programme in school precincts. Ms Anju compered beautifully and seamlessly. Many teachers like Ms. Poonam Khatri,Ms. Seema Gumber, Ms. Shaffali Grover ,Ms Umang, Ms. Kanika  gave vent to their views on this burning topic which left everyone teary eyed. Jagriti of class V presented a song on ‘betiyan’ which moved everyone while Vaishnavi used the medium of dance to express the dismal predicament of a girl child. Group song and dance performances by students also touched the chord of one and all .
